Maxxis Competition – 2024 Perth Caravan & Camping Show – Terms and Conditions

A. Defined Terms

Eligible Purchase means, for the e-Gift Card Promotion, the purchase, by a Participant, of the following tyres from a Tyrepower WA Store (see https://maxxistyres.com.au/store-locator/) in a single purchase and within the Eligibility Period:

• 4 or more Maxxis RAZR AT811 or MT772 4WD tyres (all the same size and pattern)

Eligibility Period means, for the e-Gift Card Promotion, the period commencing on the commencement date of the Promotion Event and ending on 30^th June 2024.

Promotion means:

• e-Gift Card redemptions for an Eligible Purchase made within the Eligibility Period (e-Gift Card Promotion). 

Promoter means Tyremax Pty Ltd ATF the On Track Tyres No. 2 Trust ABN 98 050 635 023.

Promoter Privacy Policy means the privacy policy found at https://maxxistyres.com.au/privacy/.

Promotion Event means 2024 Perth Caravan & Camping Show.

Promotion Period means the period commencing at 9:00am on Thursday 21 March 2024 and ends at 4:00pm on Sunday 24 March 2024.

B. General terms & conditions of the Promotion

Participation in the Promotion is subject to:

• an individual having registered their details (via the QR code provided) on the Promoter’s stand at the Promotion Event during the Promotion Period (respectively Participant and Registration); and
• these Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the Promotion, a Participant is deemed to agree with these Terms and Conditions.

A Participant is permitted one (1) Registration per Promotion Event.

Participation in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over. Participants between the ages of 16 and 18 years must have parental/guardian approval to participate and, further, the parent/guardian of the Participant must have read and consented to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of their consent to a Participant aged between 16 and 18 years participating in the Promotion.

Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, Promoter dealers and resellers, and agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. 

All Registration details provided become and remain the property of the Promoter.  The Promoter may use the Registration details for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.

All personal information about a Participant detailed in their Registration will be protected in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.  All Participants who choose to ‘opt in’ consent to have their contact details released to the Promoter and to receive ongoing marketing material and communications from the Promoter and agencies associated with the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Participants and their Registration.

If for any reason the Promotion is interfered with or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Participant, or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.

The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including in finalising any disputes that may arise, is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

C. Terms & Conditions specific to the e-Gift Card Promotion

The e-Gift Card Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer, excludes government, fleet and wholesale purchases, and is subject to the below terms and conditions.

Participation in the e-Gift Card Promotion is subject to a Participant having completed and submitted a valid Registration at the Promotion Event during the Promotion Period.

The e-Gift Promotion entitles a Participant, who has made an Eligible Purchase within the Eligibility Period and completed and submitted details of that Eligible Purchase with the Promoter at https://perthcaravanshow.maxxisshow.com.au/egiftcard/ within 14 days of the Eligible Purchase, to receive one (1) $150 e-Gift Card for an Eligible Purchase of 4 or more Maxxis RAZR AT811 or MT772 4WD tyres (all the same size and pattern)

The Participant will need a copy of their purchase receipt in order to register their Eligible Purchase with the Promoter.

e-Gift cards provided cannot be used to withdraw cash.

An e-Gift card and any remaining unused dollar balance on it will expire 12 months after the card’s issue date.

An e-Gift card value is inclusive of GST.

There is a strict limit of one (1) e-Gift card per Participant regardless of (a) the number of Eligible Purchases made, and (b) whether the number of tyres purchased in any given Eligible Purchase exceeds the minimum purchase requirement.

An e-Gift Card will be sent by email and text within 21 days of an Eligible Purchase being registered with the Promoter.

The e-Gift Card Promotion is subject to a Tyremax dealer possessing stock the subject of a Participant’s intended Eligible Purchase. The Promoter, whilst it will take reasonable steps, makes no representation or warranty as to the quantity, types, or sizing of tyres any given Tyremax dealer store may possess during the Eligibility Period.  No ‘rainchecks’ will be available to a Participant in the event that a Tyremax dealer does not possess necessary stock to fulfil or complete an intended Eligible Purchase.

The e-Gift Promotion is not available on any other tyres manufactured or distributed by the Promoter.

The e-Gift Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer including, but not limited to motoring club discounts, VIP card programs and all other promotions.
